Rowad Polycarbonate sheet (RPCS) is a high performance engineering thermo plastic sheet that is characterized by high clarity, heat and flame resistance, dimensional stability and exceptionally high impact strength over a wide temperature range.

RPCS is available in following sizes
 

Length : Unlimited but normally 3 meters is more common in use.

Width : up to 2.05 meter.

Thickness : 2-13 mm, Higher thickness is possible if required.
  Applications

 

RPCS has wide range of applications such as swimming pool & stadium roofing, skylights, domes & canopies. Used as light covers, gates & doors. Window for interior and exterior. Automobile components. As Partitions. Insulation for electrical panels. Used in green houses. Components for mechanical, Electronics & Computers.
   
  Properties
   
RPCS is virtually unbreakable and has 250 times the impact strength of glass and 30 times that of Acrylic sheet.
RPCS is lighter than glass and weight is approximately half of the glass.
RPCS contains on both sides, UV protection layers of 50-60 Microns in thickness, which makes it more durable maintaining color, light and strength over a long period.
RPCS requires less structural support than either glass or Acrylic. Its lightweight material also results in easier handling and installation as well as transportation cost savings.
RPCS is available in Clear,, Bronze, Green and Blue Colors. Other colors & designs at request.
RPCS is available as Plain, Textured, Prismatic, Combination of Prismatic & Textured and Sand blasted surface as per customer's requirements.
